As our loyalty industry grows (launches by BNZ, Latitude, Dosh and First Table and expansions for Michael Hill, The Warehouse Group, Countdown Supermarkets and Air New Zealand) we're running short on talent to run these programs. The demand is for the first time sufficiently high enough that USA based Loyalty Academy (the world’s top qualification for loyalty professionals) will run in-person training across the ditch in Australia this May. To date the majority of their in-person training had been in Dubai, USA, UK and South Africa and this puts Oceania on the map for the first time. The Loyalty Academy qualification, called the Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP), is already carried by 7 Kiwis. The course will be run over three days between May 16 to 18 in Melbourne. (Use the Loyalty Central discount code AUSLC and the USD1,250 fee reduces to USD1,000).
