Department Store MYER's One loyalty program was launched in 2004 to replace Flybuys. By 2019, it was "terminal", with non-loyalty program members spending more than program members. The Myer One loyalty program now has 4.3 million active members (up 5.7% in the past 12 months), and the proportion of sales from loyalty members has risen from 67.5% in 2018 to 76.2%.
