Retail holding company Premier Investments is likely to sell Smiggle & Peter Alexander. It is adding a loyalty program that will be up and running by the end of this year as a major transformation of the business. Premier owns Just Jeans, Jay-Jays, Portmans, Dotti and Jacqui E (and will divest Smiggle and Peter Alexander).
