MYER's new head, Olivia Wirth, transformed Qantas's Frequent Flyer into one of its most profitable businesses that sometimes earned more than the Qantas and Jetstar Airways brands. Most of Myer's revenue comes from its Myer One loyalty program and its 4.3 million active members. Myer One has partnerships with the loyalty programs of Virgin Australia (Velocity Frequent Flyer), American Express and Commonwealth Bank.
