Westpac's credit card loyalty program Altitude has launched Pay With Points - an Australian first. Customers will get cashback based on how many points they use. When Westpac New Zealand launched the same service in 2020 for their equivalent of Altitude (hotpoints), the Pay With Points redemption option accounted for 40% of redemptions after 4 months (https://lnkd.in/gfqQBfeW).
