Cora will buy Kognitiv’s Enterprise Loyalty Platform and name it Carlson Marketing. It plans to grow Carlson focused on multi-currency, multi-market loyalty programs with high processing intensity and high control with low-risk stances. It will also offer Carlson to clients bundled with its other loyalty acquisition; RewardOps. Cora is part of $18 billion market cap Constellation Software which owns and operates 1,300 software companies. Cora also acquired Vanson Technology Services (channel and incentive loyalty programs) with plans to acquire more loyalty technology companies.
