Dan Murphy’s parent Endeavour Group (spun out of Woolworths Group in 2021) runs 266 Dan Murphy’s stores and 1,435 BWS liquor stores. Endeavour is now deploying the same Dan Murphy’s loyalty strategy into its hotels business with the newly launched loyalty program Pub+ for customers of its 354 licensed venues. Early pub+ results showed members transacted between 2.2 and 3 times per visit. pub+ will also have a gaming component that can voluntarily limit spending and time spent at gaming machines in the pub+ venues.
