ASX-listed loyalty provider Gratifii has made two acquisitions. It's acquired loyalty and rewards platform provider Club Connect for Au$8 million which adds cross-sell opportunities to their 80 enterprise clients and access to all Australian Motoring Associations members (approximately 9 million). Club Connect had Au$49 million of revenue and underlying EBITDA of Au$1.6 m in 2024. Gratifii's also acquired New Zealand-based Rapport for NZ$0.5 million (Au$0.46 million) which adds ~Au $4 million of revenue (and positive profit) together with two enterprise clients. The combined group now has annual revenue of Au$ 84 million.
