Nearly 1,000 Qantas loyalty members have had their frequent flyer accounts breached. Two contractors at Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited have since been suspended for accessing and making unauthorized changes to Qantas customer bookings. The company is a JV between Air India Limited and SATS which is Singapore's biggest ground handling company. Qantas has referred the attack to local Indian police and admits customer data has been compromised.
