There's 1 million Qantas members in New Zealand and membership grew by 100,000 over the last year. New Zealand is the second largest market for Qantas Frequent Flyers after home market Australia and Qantas is expanding New Zealand operations. Air New Zealand has about 4.6 million Airpoints members in this country.
