New Zealand headquartered SkyCity Entertainment Group will pay Australia's South Australia Treasury A$38.1 million to settle its dispute on the tax treatment of its customer loyalty points at its Adelaide casino. A prior ruling had gone against SkyCity who were appealing in the high court.
