AMP's fintech Citro which targets over-50's has struck a deal with ShopBack. In 18 months Citro's customer base has grown to 250,000 (they had 75,000 a year ago in March 2024). Citro added a cashback Visa debit card in March 2024 and now has 12,000 customers on the product. Customers link the card to their bank account through PayTo and earn cashback from a variety of retailers which can later be spent or contributed to their superannuation.
