Capillary Technologies has bought the assets of Kognitiv Corporation. Kognitiv filed for bankruptcy in April with between $10 million and $50 million in both assets and liabilities and planned to sell its assets to Capillary for $12 million. This is Capillary's 4th acquisition since 2021 (they acquired Persuade, Brierley and Tenerity's Digital Connect Assets). Kognitiv's clients include PetSmart, Hallmark Cards, Yuu Rewards and Kirkland's. In Australia Kognitiv worked with The Star and NAB.
