Capillary Technologies will IPO. Existing investors including Warburg Pincus, Peak XV Partners, American Express Ventures and others will partially exit their holding. Capillary attempted an IPO in 2021 but shelved it due to market volatility. They are looking to raise a valuation in the range of USD500 million to USD 1 billion. Founded in 2008, capillary recently acquired Kognitiv and had previously acquired Persuade, Brierley and Tenerity's Rewards+.
