Commonwealth Bank's Retail Media Network, CommBank Connect, includes 2,000 digital screens in metropolitan and regional areas across 660 branches selling hyper-localised advertising. Also included are CBA's 8.8 million app customers (most of whom log in daily). Qantas and Myer are amongst the CBA partners and institutional customers advertising through Connect. They gain access to CBA’s payments data (de-identified and aggregated) on 7 million Australians. Last year CBA launched an in-house creative and media agency.
