Myer is relaunching its 20-year-old loyalty program, Myer One, which has 4.6 million active members and a 79% tag rate. In August, the program will extend to its apparel brands portfolio (including Just Group brands). The recently launched Just Group's Just Shop Rewards loyalty program will close on 30 June. The change will apply to club members shopping at Dotti, Jacqui E, Jay Jays, Just Jeans and Portmans. A new tier structure will replace the current Myer One model, which currently rewards fewer than 10% of members above Silver. The revamp of the scheme will include more generous thresholds to switch on less active customers. Myer has 50 proprietary AI models working on personalisation and engagement of Myer One members. New membership is coming from under 35s.
