In June we mapped all 233 loyalty solutions available to Loyalty Managers in Australia – up from 180 last year. Retail Media Networks are a newly added category for the map (strong growth) as is marketplace providers. Multiple additional gamification vendors are now targeting and winning in Australia (existing category) while we’ve discovered a thriving industry in rental rewards providers (new category for the map).
