Adairs Retail Group has 1 million paying members of its Linen Lovers program who account for 80% of sales. In July it announced a partnership with Qantas Frequent Flyer in which Linen Lovers members earn Qantas points. Adairs expects the partnership and incremental cost of points to deliver increased market share, higher average transaction values, customer acquisition (Qantas members that join Linen Lovers) and increased frequency.
