Qantas has tightened Emirates Classic Flight Reward redemptions, marking the second devaluation in seven months. From 21 January, children under 9 will not be permitted to fly Emirates First using Qantas Points. From 18 February, only Qantas Silver members can redeem points for Emirates First Class. And from 31 March, points required for all Emirates Classic Flight Rewards will increase by 5 - 30%, with First Class awards rising 20%, Business by 5 - 10% and Economy 10%.
